We love our profession and we are since very young related to the manufacturing of cheeses. The first cheeses we manufactured were the semi aged goat cheese and the fresh cheese.
We currently offer a great variety of cheeses for all tastes and needs.

The pastures of the region of Sierra Norte provide to the sheep and goat flocks the essential food for an excellent milk quality, which together with the know-how and expertise of our cheese-making tradition gives us the good final result: THE ARTISAN TORRELAREINA CHEESE.

We control the entire production process from the collection of milk by our own tanktrucks from the farms, carefully selected and monitored by veterinary experts, until the final product leaves our warehouse .
